Install was easy and straight forward. I did hire an electrician to do the install. I am an amateur electrician and after watching him do it. I am confident I could do it if I ever need to again. It looks nice, the cord is ample and the machine works great. The app is constantly improving and works great.

I got the hardwired version so I can use the full 11.5kw limit supported by most cars today.
The app and hardware are both done quite well. Installed the charger on my own without any issues - quite simple.
I like the ability to hard-limit to 48A instead of 50A, as I've a 60A breaker.
