Have been using this for the past two months and it has worked perfectly. It looks great and the app is useful. I think the app could use some tweaking such as the ability to set multiple rates based on time of day (on-peak, mid-peak, off-peak). The charging period recorded is based on when you plug it in, and not when the charging actually starts. For example, I will plug it in at 4 PM, but have the car programmed to not start charging until 7 PM (start of off-peak). Autel records the start of the charging period as 4 PM. Also, it's not clear how it is determining the mileage. Still think this is a great charger.
Out of the box I had issues with the wifi setup. In the end I had to create a separate Wi-Fi network with no special characters in both the name of the network and the password. Then I had to manually add it since it was not being auto discovered. Once this happened everything was working as expected. This charger has a wonderful features in the app that work very well. I'm able to track my spend on every charge and then it gives a nice summary of my spend for the month. They are RFID cards work very well as well.
